Confirm the file and analysis identity
Start with the file name and analysis number. Make sure the report belongs to the exact packaging revision you want to review. Different artwork versions of the same product are separate sources.
The engine version and rule configuration identify the settings used in the analysis. Approving or editing a rule later does not automatically recalculate an earlier report.
What each status means
A status describes the conclusion of that particular check from the available evidence. A passed item does not automatically make the remaining label compliant.
- Passed: The executed check’s condition was satisfied by the available evidence.
- Failed: A finding conflicts with or does not satisfy the check. Read the detected value and explanation.
- Warning: A condition needs attention and should be verified as explained.
- Uncertain / Manual review: Evidence is insufficient for a definite conclusion. A clearer image, source label or additional document may be needed.
- Not checked: The check could not be completed or required input was unavailable. This does not count as a passed check.
Read detected, expected and explanation together
“Detected” contains the reading or evidence from the label. “Expected” describes the condition being checked or information requiring verification. The rule name, description and source explain why the two are compared.
For example, compare a detected “200 g” with the actual net quantity area. “100 g” above a nutrition column is not equivalent. If information clearly exists in the source but is uncertain in the report, inspect the reading evidence before changing correct artwork.
Understand the limits of the score
The compliance score is a technical summary of the executed checks. It does not prove that all food regulations were reviewed, the product was verified in a laboratory, or the label was approved for market release.
A high score can coexist with manual review items. Resolve them before relying on the score. Confirmed out-of-scope checks do not extend the report’s item list; uncertain applicability can remain as an explained review item.
Language subreports are separate from product rules
Turkish, English and TR / EN consistency sections appear when the relevant text is detected. Their check counts may differ from the main product-rule count. Each section has its own evaluation.
Choosing the English interface does not translate the source label or administrator-authored rule descriptions. These remain in their recorded language to preserve the evidence. Report headings and actions can be used in the interface language.
Define the next step for each finding
For each uncertain item, record what is missing: a clearer image, another label panel, print dimensions, a recipe or a laboratory result. Once you have the evidence, upload a revised source or confirm the finding with an expert.
When reporting an incorrect finding, include the analysis number, rule code and actual label wording. An expert review can be saved separately without overwriting the original machine result, preserving the distinction between the first finding and the later review.
